This is the best modern day lineup I have ever seen. I can't just pick one, I've seen over half of these bands the past seven years. Steel Pulse, the Marley's Rebelution, J Boog, I want to see them all. Reggae has brought peace and joy to my family, it would be amazing to share this experience with them. 1LUV

I didn't discover reggae, but rather it found me when I needed it the most. I first started listening to rebelution and slightly when I was going through a very difficult time in my life trying to find myself. My dad had overdosed, my friends had all abandoned me and I felt completely hopeless. Yet reggae restored the hope in me and taught me to strive for better days. Through the powerful lyrics and melodies to ease any pain I had, I found my one love. When I went to Cali roots last year it changed my life. I was finally surrounded by the best vibes and the most serene beautiful people and energies of light. it honestly saved me. Things are financially difficult in my family without the presence of my dad, and being able to experience California roots again would mean the world to me. I am most excited to hopefully see rebelution and soja because their lyrics are powerful and resonate with me internally. I also LOVE iration, pepper, the marleys, 311, aer, and every other band. This weekend would mean so much to me and I really hope I am able to go. Thank you and as my favorite Marley from reb would say, sending white light your way <3

I am currently deployed to Afghanistan, and have these bands blasting everyday for my unit. It has gotten to the point that whenever we are having a stressful day, my buddies are begging me to turn on some reggae. The good vibes music truly does make a difference!

I can't say there is just one band that I am excited to see, as I am stoked to see them all! I get home just in time for California roots, and I hope to see you all there!

Being from hawaii I can't wait to see SOJA and the green. They put on a mean show everytime. Rebelution, iration and jboog are gonna be sick too. I can't wait. All three days have a awesome lineup. Cheeeeee
