I absolutely love the line up for each day!!!! I really want to see my boys from Hawaii, Pepper because their music, lyrics and stylee. They are sooo amazingly dope in explainable and unexplainable ways. Not to mention their stage appearance and performance hits the crowds G spot every time. I'm def one of their biggest fans and have met them on previous occasions in a lot of diff venues I could get my ass to. Needless to say they are the most laid back guys anyone could ever meet and they love their fans endlessly ..311 is an all time fav forever ...Damian Marley=Epic ...Ziggy Marley can spit that fire .. Rebelution(who I am dying to see at Sunfest)throws down on the beats...Steel Pulse n SOJA are self explanatory....This festival line up is insane and a must have if u love reggae n have the heart of a rasta....

I've seen a lot of these artists, and listen to even more, I'm expecially excited to see Katchafire because they rarely come to the states, never to the east coast, and it would great to finally see them live. I went to the Cali Roots: Carolina Sessions show and was the greatest expeirence of my life so I would love to see how the west coast gets down!

Rebelution has never disappointed at any show! Just saw them last weekend, might see them next week and can not wait until May! Soja and Stick Figure are also at the top of my list. First of all thank you & much love to surf roots <3 for giving out these free tickets truly a one of a kind festival that I hope I get to finally experience. The lineup is a dream line up with some of my favorite artists. I am most excited to see my favorite band 311 their music takes me feel the different levels of melodies and their lyrics just take me away on a natural high. I just love them. So on top a 3-day weekend full of amazing music & art.. this years 5th annual Cali Roots lands on My 5 year anniversary 5-24-09 so it's meant to be there's no other place I would rather be then there sharing it with my loved one and feeling all the good energy.
